She helped me so much throughout the entire process, and the custom quality and design completely exceeded my expectations — it honestly outperformed anything I could’ve imagined. Her customer service is top-tier. She was incredibly understanding and supportive when I was struggling with another seller about a custom car hoodie. She even refunded me at first without hesitation due to the situation. When I came back to purchase again, she didn’t treat me any differently at all — she was organized, kind, and extremely helpful. The quality of the hoodie is amazing!! The fabric itself is plush and soft. A few threads on the embroidered image were slightly frayed but it’s barely noticeable and easily fixable. The seller was very professional as well and let me know about the slow shipping (I ordered during the holidays)
